I switched to Center for Advanced Gynecology because Capital Women's Care admin staff was disorganized with appointments and seemed unable to verify my insurance (despite my insurance policy number never changing in the 4 years that I was a patient). I also provided a previous lab test during check-in and the support staff were able to upload this information to my file before I saw the doctor. Dr. Groff's bedside manner was great. Very informative. The wait time was a little long but I was a first time patient so I can understand the increased lead time. Happy to be at this practice!
